Aerobics

Are you looking for a cardio and toning class with great music and a fun environment? Aerobics is perfect for you! The first half of the class is made up of choreography that will get your heart pumping while the second half of the class focuses on strength building, making it one hour of workout wonder!
ZUMBA
Fana Schoen
Zumba is a fitness class inspired by Latin rhythms and dance styles, but it also incorporates many international and pop rhythms, so there’s something for everyone! This hour long class is perfect if you love to move. It gets your heart pumping and works up a sweat and incorporates many different moderations so people of all fitness backgrounds can have fun and feel great afterwards! Make sure you wear sneakers and bring a water bottle!
Yoga

Our yoga instructors believe that yoga extends far beyond the physical practice, and thus animates both outer and inner worlds—integrating mind-body connection through breath, presence and introspection. We teach an energizing, strengthening vinyasa class that also inspires stillness, ease and openness.
Fitness 305

305 Fitness is meant for anyone and everyone offering an effective easy-to-follow total body workout with dance, toning, and choreography. If you usually drag your feet to the gym, listen up - your life and attitude is about to change in a big way. It's time to #MakeSweatSexy! Not a dancer? Not a problem! My classes are easy to follow with a focus on high-intensity rhythmic cardio. It’s totally normal to feel nervous before your first class, but you’ll be twerkin’ and high kickin’ like a seasoned baddie in no time! Most of my classes are non-stop cardio parties featuring sports drills, conditioning exercises, and high intensity interval training. About halfway through each class, I will lead a sculpting section, targeting different body parts each class, followed by a 5 minute sprint of interval training. The class ends with more dancing, a cool down, and a stretch. See you there!
