Yoga

WesBAM! has Yoga mats available to borrow if you do not have your own.

Vinyasa Yoga

Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30pm, Fayerweather 108 Dance Studio, Ava Thornton
Vinyasa yoga! Come to breathe and sweat and stretch. Bring your friends :)

Vinyasa Flow

Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm, Fayerweather 108 Dance Studio, Robyn Wong Min Xuan
In this class, we will begin each practice with simple breathing techniques, further easing into our practice with some yummy stretches, eventually building towards an invigorating vinyasa flow that will focus on matching movement to breath. This class focuses on clearing the mind and energizing the body, preparing you for the #grind in the week to come.

Zumba

Wear sneakers and bring a water bottle.

Zumba is a fitness class inspired by Latin rhythms and dance styles, but it also incorporates many international and pop rhythms, so there’s something for everyone! This hour long class is perfect if you love to move. It gets your heart pumping and works up a sweat and incorporates many different moderations so people of all fitness backgrounds can have fun and feel great afterwards!
