Zumba is a fitness class inspired by Latin rhythms and dance styles, but it also incorporates many international and pop rhythms, so there’s something for everyone! This hour long class is perfect if you love to move. It gets your heart pumping and works up a sweat and incorporates many different moderations so people of all fitness backgrounds can have fun and feel great afterwards! Make sure you wear sneakers and bring a water bottle!
This form of training alternates between short high-energy intervals and breaks, making it a great workout for all levels. This hour-long class combines bodyweight exercises and cardio to get in a full body workout!
We begin with pranayama (breath control, or breathing exercises), easing further into our practice with stretches, and eventually building towards an invigorating vinyasa flow that will focus on matching asanas (postures) to breath. Focus on our breath and body will help clear the mind, and I hope we can all build greater awareness and appreciation for our physical and mental beings in this class. I also hope to work in some yoga philosophy and history where possible!

While some basic fitness experience will be assumed, this class is for everyBody, and tiered level modifications will be provided throughout.
Open to all body types and movement abilities, this class will be structured around circuit training for different strength, plyometric, and metabolic movements. Bring your water bottle and get ready to sweat, work, and feel great doing it!

This low-impact pilates class will emphasize mind-body coordination to get your abs, back and glutes burning without leaving the floor! Come join us for a relaxed, body-positive workout that packs a surprising punch. A yoga mat, or a comfy rug/towel, is required.
